VABHHCS Announces Departure of Jo-ann Ginsberg
The VA Black Hills Health Care System announced the appointment of Jo-Ann Ginsberg as the new director of the Marion VA Medical Center. Ms. Ginsberg will leave her role as the Associate Director for Patient Care Services effective later this month.
“We are pleased for the new leadership opportunity that awaits Ms. Ginsberg in Marion, IL. On behalf of our employees and the veterans we serve, I thank her for her commitment and wish her well in her new role”, said Ms. Sandra Horsman, Director VABHHCS. “We are recruiting to fill her position and look for-ward to bringing someone on board soon”.
The Marion VAMC is one of the seven VISN 15 health care systems of excellence. VISN 15 covers the six states of Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Arkansas and Kentucky. VISN 15 provides a wide range of primary, secondary and tertiary care with inpatient facilities in Wichita, Leavenworth and Topeka, Kansas; Kansas City, Columbia, St. Louis, Poplar Bluff, Missouri; and Marion, Illinois.
