Membership is free and open to qualified individuals. PVA's President invites you to join our more than 19,000 members today and have your voice, energy and efforts assist others living with SCI/D.

As a member, you can help us advocate for quality health care, benefits earned through military service, civil rights and opportunities that maximize the independence of our members.

You are eligible to join PVA if you are a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces and were discharged under other than dishonorable conditions, are a citizen of the United States of America and have a spinal cord injury or disease.

You can also take part in a variety of sports and recreational activities such as basketball, hunting, fishing, bowling, and trapshooting. PVA members also receive the monthly Paraplegia News/PN magazine . PN addresses all aspects of living with a spinal cord injury or disease.

The regular general membership meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at the Chapter Office. The Chapter Board of Directors meets every other month to discuss the general business of the organization.
