14th Annual PVA National Trapshoot Circuit

Veterans Honor Hunt
Date:9/1/2010 12:00:00 AMThe North Central Chapter PVA has been approached by an anonymous donor who would like to offer one or more Big Game Hunts that we are calling the Veteran’s Honor Hunt in western South Dakota in September 2010. These Big Game Hunts could include elk, buffalo, sheep and more. This hunt will be offered to ANY Veteran who has served in the U.S. Military and now has a physical disability. The Donor of this Veteran’s Honor Hunt will pick a veteran from the applications that are received in the Chapter Office. Again, please feel free to attach any additional information that you would like to share about your military service, disability, and how this hunt would impact your life. All applications should be returned to North Central Chapter PVA Application deadline is June 30, 2010. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity so we encourage all disabled veterans who enjoy hunting to apply for this hunt! 30th National Veterans Wheelchair Games
Date:7/4/2010 12:00:00 AMDenver, Colorado July 4-9, 2010 The National Veterans Wheelchair Games are presented each year by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Paralyzed Veterans of America (Paralyzed Veterans), with additional support from numerous corporate and community sponsors. VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System and the Mountain States PVA Chapter are hosting the 30th National Veterans Wheelchair Games. Salute to the Troops

9th Annual Castaway Disability

This annual event promotes rehabilitation by assisting physically challenged veterans in the chance to share in the beauty, serenity, and recreational opportunities of Minnesota's North Woods.
